The ProDryingRack Trim Cart (PDRTC) is a customizable, heavy-duty solution for efficiently transporting and storing trim, molding, and other long materials. With a modular design, the Trim Cart can be configured with as many towers as needed, providing extra horizontal rack space for larger jobs. Whether you’re moving material across the shop floor or staging for finishing, this cart provides stability, mobility, and efficiency in one streamlined system.

Main Features:

• Configurable Towers: Add as many towers as you need to match the scale of your projects and provide extra horizontal rack space when needed. Tower Extension Accessories coming soon.
• High Capacity: Its double-sided frame holds up to 28 shelf arms (12" long arms, with 14 on each side), with a 45" span between towers, and 6" clearance between levels. Arms are removable for more space in between levels.
• Weight Capacity: Each arm holds 60 lbs when weight is evenly dispersed. 
• Heavy-Duty Construction: Built from durable, powder-coated steel for strength and long-term reliability in busy shop environments.
• Mobility: Equipped with heavy-duty 5" casters (two locking per base configuration) for smooth movement and secure positioning.
• Space and Time Saver: Maximizes storage efficiency, keeping materials off the floor and neatly organized. Streamlines your workflow by reducing handling time and eliminating the need for makeshift storage solutions.

Configurations:

• PDRTC: Two-tower rack with 28 arms, 4 casters (2 locking), 45” of horizontal rack space on each level, and 120 lbs weight capacity per level (750 lbs total).
• PDRTC3: Three-tower rack with 42 arms, 6 casters (3 locking), 90” of horizontal rack space on each level, and 180 lbs weight capacity per level (1150 lbs total).
• PDRTC4: Four-tower rack with 56 arms, 8 casters (4 locking), 135” of horizontal rack space on each level, and 240 lbs weight capacity per level (1550 lbs total).
