Lifetime Warranty

At PaintLine, we stand behind everything we make. If there’s ever a problem caused by a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right.

Our Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If your PaintLine product fails due to a manufacturing issue, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

What’s Covered
         - Manufacturing defects
         - Faulty materials
         - Damage that occurred during shipping (see our Return Policy for more info)

What’s Not Covered
         - Normal wear and tear
         - Lost or missing parts
         - Damage from misuse, modification, or improper care
         - Products that have been used beyond their intended purpose
         - Cosmetic damage that does not impact the products intended function

Lifetime Warranty
The term “Lifetime” refers to the usable life of the PaintLine product — not the lifetime of the buyer. A product’s lifetime depends on how often and how heavily it’s used. For example, a rack or stand used occasionally in a small shop will naturally have a longer service life than the same product used daily in a high-volume production environment. Frequent transport, heavy loads, and constant use will shorten the product’s lifespan over time.

The lifetime of a PaintLine product will be determined by us on a case-by-case basis, based on condition, usage, and the nature of the issue. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects during the product’s usable life; it does not cover normal wear and tear from regular or heavy use.

Purchasing from a Third Party
If you purchased a PaintLine product from an Authorized Dealer, your product is still covered under the Lifetime Warranty for manufacturing defects. You may still submit a warranty claim to our team directly.

Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser. Products purchased second hand, on E-bay, Craigslist or similar platforms are not covered under warranty.


 

      How To Submit a Warranty Claim



If you believe your item has a defect and is protected under the Lifetime Warranty, please contact us by email at Daynica@PaintLine.com. Include the following information in your email:

         - Your full name
         - Your order number (include if you purchased from PaintLine directly, or from an Authorized Dealer)
         - The reason for your replacement or refund request
         - Photos of the part / product

If we determine your product has a manufacturing defect, we’ll take care of it quickly. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or issue a full refund, at no cost to you.

PaintLine reserves the right to repair or replace any faulty parts at its own discretion.

If a refund is issued, please allow 7-10 business days for it to process.

If you have a product that is in need of a part not covered by warranty and not available in our Accessories selection, please contact our Customer Service team. In the case that we have the part available, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the part and shipping.
